Terms and Conditions
For a good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Student hereby licenses to Screen Media Ventures, LLC ("SMV") the Non-exclusive rights to distribute and or exhibit the Work throughout the world via any and all media whether now known or created hereafter. The terms of this license shall be for an initial period of one (1) year, automatically renewed for consecutive one year terms unless terminated by student by written notice to Screen Media not less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then current term. The rights granted herein shall include the right to advertise, publicize and promote (and authorize the advertising, publicizing and promotion of) the Work and its exhibition.
SMV shall not alter or otherwise modify the credits as contained in the Work.
Student warrants and represents that: Student is 18 years of age or older; the Work is the original creation of Student; the exhibition and the distribution of the Work shall not violate or infringe upon any right of any third party; and all necessary consents have been secured for the unencumbered (i.e., no payments shall be due or are payable to any third party) exploitation, exhibition or distribution of the Picture.
